Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items such as personal use products, damaged products caused by misuse, or customized items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bank account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
